Sundays @ 9am

A quiet, gently formal service of Holy Communion.

Sundays @ 11am

Interactive & Intergenerational

With contemporary worship music.

Wednesdays @ 10.30am

In view of the current guidelines our Wednesday Communion Service is temporarily suspended.

In the meantime, we invite you to join with us in praying with the nation at 10am each day with the BBC Daily Service, which you can access at the following link:

The Daily Service - Radio 4

Following, what we believe to be, the prompting of the Holy Spirit, instead of sending children and young people out to separate groups during our 11am service we provide ways for all to digest and engage with the gospel together.

We have a time of musical worship, then Bible readings, followed by a short sermon, after which we disperse to five different spaces in the main church, each of which is designed for a different learning style. People are free to join any area, and we’re often surprised by who goes where.

To our delight, people of every generation are finding it fruitful. We’re getting to know each other better, enjoying each other’s artistic creations and, in the short time we’ve been doing Intergenerational & Interactive Church, our attendance among all age groups is slowly rising.

Come and give it a try!

Our Vicar, Christine, is on study leave from Tuesday 6th January until Sunday 5th April 2020.

Throughout this time, Holy Communion services will be at 9am on Sunday mornings and 10.30am on most Wednesdays (with one Wednesday a month being a Morning Prayer service as usual).

Abraham's Tent

Come and visit Abraham's Tent at St Anselms: an area where you can engage imaginatively with the stories of the Old Testament.

Jews, Muslims and Christians are all familiar with the story of Abraham from their sacred texts - many others recognise their own story in Abraham's, particularly those whose lives also include a long journey away from all that is familiar.
